ARC Review · New Beginnings · Opposites Attract · Sweet

Sexy Stranger by Kendall Ryan

3.5 Stars

Charlotte Freemont has left her life behind in NYC. While driving to LA for a fresh start her car breaks down in Shady Grove, Texas. When she is forced to spend the week there while she waits for it to be fixed, she starts to fall in love with small town life…

Luke Wilder knows Charlotte’s type. Big city, fancy and too good for small town Texas. So when they first meet they immediately rub each other the wrong way. But does it matter… she is going to be leaving in a week anyway…

I enjoyed this book. I loved the beginning with Luke and Charlottes banter and dislike for each other. Luke is working hard to make something out of his family business and Charlotte is looking to start over in life, and they realize they may have more in common than they first realized.

Enjoyable characters, who are set up to have stories of their own, a nice plot and storyline and a HEA. This was a sweet and heartwarming read.

I received a complimentary copy of this book for my honest and unbiased review.
