Penny is unapologetic in her view on dating, the more men she meets the better. In fact she has a three date limit to keep herself on track with her relationship status.
Bodie is the sexy nerd who comes along and makes Penny question every rule she imposes on herself. Why would she want to limit her time with someone who is hot in bed, makes her laugh and is so easy to be around? But old habits die hard… and Penny has her three date rule in place for a reason…
This was a fantastic book! We are once again in the world of Tonic, where Penny is a tattoo artist and all of our favorite past characters are revisited. Penny is hilarious, with her one liners and sex jokes, she is a fun, free spirited and completely distinctive woman. Bodie is just adorable. He will do whatever he can to make Penny happy and is just a sweet and sexy nerd at heart. While the two may seem opposite on paper they just fit with each other seamlessly.
This book was hard to put down, it was well written, funny, and full of math jokes… yes math jokes. The sex scenes were scorching hot, and yet Penny and Brodie’s story was so much more than their chemistry in the sack. I love these books centered around Tonic and all of it’s characters. Now we just need some Veronica… and then there’s a small scene with a bartender named Cody, and seriously, we need more of that dude, too!
I received a complimentary copy of this book for my honest and unbiased review.
