Nate by Celia Aaron

4.5 Stars

Nate is the new head of the Philly syndicate, and while he is busy dealing with the Russians and a possible mole in his operation, he needs a distraction like a hole in his head… which might be coming sooner than later. Unfortunately for him, one more very young and very tempting distraction is about to show up on his doorstep…

Sabrina was once rescued by Nate, and he has protected her and given her a fantastic education at a boarding school far away from him and his organized crime lifestyle. But, school is out… and Sabrina is ready to confront Nate with her feelings… whether he wants to hear them or not…

This book was outstanding… with suspense, blood shed and some harsh mafia realities, the storyline moved quickly and kept me on the edge of my seat. I loved Nate, for a character who is some rough head of the mafia… he is hilarious. I was constantly surprised into a laugh from something he said… and it was a nice departure from the darker mafia themes. Sabrina may be young, but she knows what she wants, and Nate is not going to intimidate her… and I loved her for it. Their relationship is sweet in a dark and dangerous world, and they couldn’t be more perfect for each other. Plus, their sex scenes are scorching HOT.

I received a complimentary copy of this book for my honest and unbiased review.
