Turn (Gentry Generations #2) by Cora Brent

3.5 Stars

Curtis Mulligan is trying his best for his younger brothers. Leaving Emblem and landing a job where he can make an honest living, he would do anything to make their lives better.

When Cassie Gentry takes her Dad up on his offer to work at his tattoo shop she isn’t expecting his other new hire to be so intriguing… or such a jerk. It seems that Curtis took one look at her and decided he has her all figured out…

Both Curtis and Cassie are harboring so major misconceptions about one another. When they finally do open up, they realize that they might actually like each other…

This was  good read. The relationship between Curtis and Cassie is a VERY slow burn. Both Curtis and Cassie are dealing with issues going on in their lives. Curtis thinks Cassie is a spoiled and sheltered little girl, and Cassie thinks Curtis is spending his life partying and being irresponsible. They couldn’t be more wrong…

This was another great look into the Gentry family! Sweet, slow burning and dealing with some heavy issues, Curtis and Cassie are only at the beginning of a fantastic HEA.

I received a complimentary copy of this book for my honest and unbiased review.
