Recently let go from her job, Jules Robinson isn’t having any luck finding a new one. Until  an offer for a different type of job all together lands right in her lap. All she has to do is pretend to be the fiancée of a recently reformed playboy in need of a better image. Should be easy… until the reality of it all ends up being way more than she anticipated…

Cal McAdams lost his two best friends, and when their wish for him to be the guardian of their children, his god children, is threatened he is willing to do whatever it takes to prove he is the right person for the job.

While Cal hired Jules on a whim, once she arrives they realize that they already have a whole lot of history tying them together…

This was a sweet and sexy story about two people who had a brief connection and never really forgot each other. Showing back up in each others lives unexpectedly, all the feelings they originally had come roaring back pretty immediately. But, with the battle for Cal’s god children and the need to focus on them, the days of an easy and unfettered relationship are a thing of the past.

I really enjoyed this book, it was a great story about Cal and his new role as a parent to two kids that he loves very much. But, with some major obstacles along the way… will Cal, Jules and the kids be able to find their HEA…

I received a complimentary copy of this book for my honest and unbiased review.
