Tyler Holiday is more than ready to be taking over the family wine empire. After years of throwing his life away partying, and waiting to inherit what is rightfully his, on the morning of his birthday he is served with one very rude awakening. His winery is in trouble, and the only hope he has of saving it lies in marrying his biggest rival… and ex-girlfriend.

Paris Fairchild wants nothing to do with Tyler, and at the same time, the years they have been apart have definitely been good to him… he really hasn’t changed one bit…

ReWined volume one is the first book in the ReWined three book series. In this story we meet exes Tyler and Paris and learn of their dilemma of their mutual failing companies. With a shared tumultuous past, and a family feud to deal with, combining their families is the last thing they should do… but Tyler is convinced it is the only option…

Paris has moved back to Napa Valley to help her father with their family winery in light of some of his recently made bad decisions. Already sacrificing so much of her life, when Tyler shows up insisting they need to get married, she doesn’t hesitate to tell him how uninterested she is…

Tyler has been living up his bachelor lifestyle, and although he has been looking forward to having control of the company, he has a lot of growing up to do. When he is informed of the situation he is now in charge of, he makes it his mission to get Paris to agree to marry him… and also to get her back in his bed…

Oh man, I really wanted to enjoy this book, but unfortunately, I just really disliked the characters. Their personalities definitely got on my nerves, and their constant focus on partying seemed very odd to me. But, I loved the premise, the past between Tyler and Paris, and the underlying mystery of the long held family feud that I hope the subsequent stories will uncover.

I received a complimentary copy of this book for my honest and unbiased review.
