Frankie Grant and Jax Owens mix like oil and water, but she can’t deny how patient and fantastic he is when it comes to her daughter. And while their battle of wills may be mostly fun and games, Frankie realizes that her resistance might be the only thing left to protect her heart from the devastation of loving the relationship-phobic Jax…

A Co-Worker’s Crush was a sweet and incredibly sexy, single mom romance! Frankie and Jax love to hate each other, but their strife does little to hide the simmering attraction between them. And while keeping their distance has worked so far, it’s only a matter of time before they give in to the inevitable, and find the kind of belonging they’ve only ever dreamed about…
Frankie is a talented tattoo artist with a young daughter and a toxic ex that she desperately wants to move on with his life, and away from hers. With her admitted dislike for Jax starting to dissolve the more she sees the man beneath the arrogant attitude, Frankie is in real danger of falling for another man who will almost assuredly hurt her in the end…
Jax is a highly sought after tattoo artist himself, with a following and a fame that would have been impossible to find in Cliffton Heights. Growing up as a foster child who never knew his parents, Jax embodies the commitment issues that he guarantees will prevent him from ever truly settling down, and gives fair warning to the women who wish to change his mind…
This was such a great read, and sadly, the last story in the always entertaining Rooftop Crew series. Frankie and Jax’s steamy and friction fueled relationship forged it’s way into a genuine friendship and inescapable love connection. The tattoo-centric storyline was fresh and intriguing, and I loved the welcoming, family atmosphere established within the Ink Envy shop. Frankie’s daughter was absolutely adorable and stole the scene whenever she made an appearance, and it was easy to see how she wiggles her way into the hearts of every single adult she encounters.
As an ending to The Rooftop Crew series, this book did a fantastic job of bringing all of the characters together and providing heartwarming updates to their lives after their own happily-ever-afters. I absolutely adored the love found and the friendships forged within this group, and I had the BEST time reading this series.
I received a complimentary copy of this book for my honest and unbiased review.
