This was a really great read! Madison was a lovely character who has always wanted to find the kind of love like her parents have always shared. But instead of finding love, security and acceptance, she has had her heart broken twice by the men that she trusted. I adored when Madison finally stood up for herself, it was a long time coming, and her strong personality deserved to shine through. I really wanted to love Porter, but even though he had his reasons for pushing Madison away, it really bothered me how many times she let him get away with his bad behavior… especially when they were younger. 

I enjoyed this Christmas themed, and super festive read! The second chance romance was heartwarming and engaging, and I can never resist a little enemies to lovers storyline!!
