4 Stars

Violet Hart and Jamison Bexley grew up as inseparable friends who meant everything to each other, but they were always meant for something more... or so they thought…

Moments in Time was an emotional and sexy, second chance romance! Jamison has avoided coming home for years in the aftermath of losing the woman he loved. But the moment that he and Violet come face to face once more, the mistakes of their past pale in comparison to the chemistry they still share…

After a recent divorce, Violet is at a place in her life where she is struggling to take care of her son and to make ends meet. I loved her tenacity and the strength and independence that she constantly showed. Violet wanted nothing to do with going back to her controlling ex-husband, or to rely on Jamison to fix her life for her.

Jamison has returned to his childhood home to help his brothers. Whether it be at the family camp ground, or to be close to his recently injured brother, it doesn’t take Jamison long to realize where he truly belongs. But when it comes to Violet, Jamison never truly forgot just how much she has always meant to him…

I enjoyed this book so much! Violet was an admirable character with a sexy side job that brings these two former friends and lovers back to each other. With a relationship that succumbed to bad timing in the past, the time may finally right for Violet and Jamison…

I received a complimentary copy of this book for my honest and unbiased review.
