Tate Allen has one very big rule when it comes to dating… absolutely NO baseball players. But when she meets a certified mystery hunk, Tate’s rules are about to get very, very blurred…
Grant Navarro is New York baseball’s newest obsession, and he has found a fascination of his own…

Blushing in the Big Leagues was a delightful and entertaining, slow burn, sports romance! Tate knows all too well what being involved with a professional baseball player entails, and so has zero interest in setting herself up for that kind of heartbreak… no matter how strong of an attraction she may harbor. Grant shouldn’t want to date his teammates little sister, but Tate is the kind of woman worth fighting for… and he is not the kind of guy who likes to lose…
Tate was a fun character! In her non-baseball-following life she is a hardworking nurse who has an amazing relationship with her two incredible roommates, her brother, his daughter, and his lovely new girlfriend (Three Strikes and You’re Mine). Her hangups with dating a baseball player do their part to fuel the will-they/won’t-they angst that she and Grant experience throughout the book.
As the newest player to the famed New York Pinstripes team, Grant has no interest in the attention and notoriety that being a seasoned athlete brings. Meeting Tate, Grant experienced an immediate attraction. But once he gets to know the real Tate, Grant just can’t stop himself from wanting to see her again and again…
This book was a great, slow burn read! I really enjoyed seeing the behind-the-scenes, baseball side of things in this book, especially after previously meeting Tate’s family in Three Strikes and You’re Mine. I loved the epic sexual tension that Tate and Grant were always teetering on the edge of, and the moment they finally give into it all!
I received a complimentary copy of this book for my honest and unbiased review.
