Sophie Kincaid’s PR career implodes, due to the actions of her boss at the firm she works for in Chicago. With her name tainted in the PR world, she decides she needs to lay low in small town Revival, Illinois. She is prepared to spend a boring 6 months with little to do… until her new neighbor rolls up and shatters her plans.

Ryder Moore takes one look at Sophie and can’t look away… and then she opens her mouth, and he is infatuated. With their mutual antagonistic relationship, she is more fun than he has had with a woman in a long time. Now all he has to do is convince Sophie how great they would be together… even if it can only ever be temporary.

This book was awesome. I loved it all. Sophie is a strong, yet lightly damaged woman. She takes one look at Ryder and knows he is trouble, so she goes on the immediate offensive to him so he will keep his distance. But, her plan backfires when Ryder enjoys their sparring immensely. Ryder loves small town life, his family is nearby and he has everything he could ask for… except a woman who wants to settle down with him. Although he knows Sophie has no plans that would coincide with settling down in Revival, he can’t stop himself from pursuing her.

With immensely entertaining banter, scorching sexual tension, hot sex and fantastic characters, this book was the complete package, and a highly recommended read.
