I loved Lennon! She was such a strong and independent woman who was finally taking her life back after divorcing her cheating ex-husband. Her move to Ashland immediately feels like the best choice she ever made, she makes great friends, and meets Pope all in one opportune swoop. But while Lennon wants to embrace every great thing in her new life, she has to deal with the voices of her past second guessing everything…
Pope belongs to a MC which hasn’t always been above board with their extracurricular activities, but when he became president, he changed things. And while he may still stretch the law on a few instances, Pope is a trustworthy man who would do anything to protect the people he loves.
This book was an engaging and supremely sexy read which started off the brand new Ashland series with a bang! Lennon and Pope’s love story was sweet and fun… and did I mention… H.O.T?! I loved their connection and the attraction they shared, but what I enjoyed the most is how easy it was for them to show each other how they truly cared.
