Cass was a wonderful character who always gives her all to the people she loves… sometimes to her detriment. But when her new life starts to become too much to handle, will Cass decide that sharing her life with Wilder is worth it, or will she need to step aside to do some work on finding herself first…

Wilder admits that his years without Cass were filled with meaningless flings, but the moment she comes back to town, he is fully committed to getting her back in his life… for good this time. I really enjoyed this book,  and of course the return of one of my favorite authors! It had been a very long time since I read the first book in the Roseville Ramblers series, but let me tell you, these characters jogged my memory in an instant! Cass and Wilder’s second chance romance was not an easy one, but if they can weather the twists and turns that their new life throws at them, they may just find the happily ever after that they’ve always deserved…
