The Blonde Who Came in from the Cold (Blonde Identity #2) by Ally Carter

4 Stars

Alexandra Sterling has always wanted to be a spy, and she refuses to fail from the moment she enters “spy school” and has to go head to head against her newfound nemesis, Michael Kinglsey.

Michael may be CIA royalty, but Alexandra wants this more than anything she has ever wanted, and she refuses to fail, or give up her life as an agent… for anyone.

The Blonde Who Came in from the Cold was a suspenseful, slow burn, enemies to lovers romance read! Alexandra and Michael hate each other… or do they? When it comes to a mission, working together equals distractions they can’t afford, but when one of them disappears, the other will leave no stone unturned until they find them…

This was a great read, with a mystery to solve and all sorts of sexual tension to navigate! I loved Alex and Michael’s love/hate relationship and the complicated family dynamics that find their way into this story.

I received a complimentary copy of this book for my honest and unbiased review.
